When you make a donation to the Alberta SPCA, you’re helping animals in need across the province.
Monthly Giving
Monthly donations provide consistent funding for our programs while allowing you the ease of an automatic withdrawal, from either a credit card or bank account. When you become a monthly donor, you’ll also receive our annual Alberta SPCA calendar, our newsletter AnimalKind, and a tax receipt each February for all of your generous monthly contributions during the previous year.
How Your Monthly Gift Helps
We’re the only organization solely dedicated to enforcing Alberta’s animal protection laws across the entire province —working in every corner of Alberta province to prevent harm through education, advocacy and on-the-ground enforcement.
Animal Protection
Our peace officers investigate distress across the province and provide animal caregivers with information to properly care for their animals.
Pet Safekeeping
Provides safe shelter and compassionate care through our Pet Safekeeping Program for animals whose guardian is entering a shelter due to family violence.
Education programs
Develop educational resources for teachers promoting the humane treatment of animals.
How to Set up Monthly Donations
To sign up using a credit card, simply complete the secure online signup form above. If you’d like your donation to be taken from a bank account, download the printable monthly donation form, fill in the information and return it to us by mail at 17904 118 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB T5S 2W3.
