Is your veterinary clinic looking for a meaningful memorial for your clients’ beloved pets?
Honour the beautiful relationship between you, your clients and the pets they loved, and help animals in need across Alberta at the same time through the Alberta SPCA’s new Pet Memorial Program for Veterinary Clinics.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact Donor Relations at 780.732.3746 or donorrelations@albertaspca.org to enroll in the program.
- Make a minimum donation of $10 per client/pet. Donations can be made using the secure, online donation form on this page.
- Provide us with your clients’ information by downloading the Client Information form (PDF). Complete the form and email it to donorrelations@albertaspca.org, or, if you prefer, print and mail it in with a cheque made payable to the Alberta SPCA.
- We’ll send a beautiful note card to your client(s) letting them know about your meaningful gift. Cards will be mailed within two weeks of the donation being received.
