Sammy’s story makes us all smile. Sammy’s case was investigated by a Peace Officer because her leg was so sore she couldn’t put weight on it.

Her owners couldn’t afford vet care so the nine month old was surrendered to us. Turns out, the leg was not broken, just swollen due to a bite mark on the joint. After some antibiotics and painkillers, she’s doing great (as you can see in the photos). She has now been spayed. Her infectious personality has led to a family already agreeing to adopt her through the shelter Infinite Woofs.  Sammy is about to start living her best life and that’s the type of #pawsitivity we all need to hear.
