Doraine Jensen is prohibited for life from breeding, selling or advertising for sale any domestic dog and from allowing any domestic dog breeding or sales operation to take place on her property. She is also prohibited for 10 years from owning or keeping any more than three dogs, all of which must be spayed or neutered.

Prohibition order is in effect from Sep. 20, 2016 for life

When Do We Seize Animals

Alberta SPCA Peace Officers sometimes need to take animals into protective custody. When they do so, the officers will post a notice at the former location of the animals stating the reason for the seizure.

Investigating Neglect & Abuse

Our Peace Officers investigate every complaint we receive. We can only investigate if we have reasonable and probable grounds to believe there may have been an offence under the Animal Protection Act.
