Jensen pleaded guilty to one charge under the Animal Protection Act for causing or allowing dogs to be in distress. She was fined $3,000 and is prohibited for life from breeding, selling or advertising for sale any domestic dog and from allowing any domestic dog breeding or sales operation to take place on her property. She is also prohibited for 10 years from owning or keeping any more than three dogs, all of which must be spayed or neutered.

When Do We Seize Animals
